Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the park and ride, making it easy to explore Chester. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the swimming pool was a perfect size for families.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure! The reception was busy when I arrived, but I was checked in promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The bar had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The staff were also helpful in providing recommendations for exploring the town. I had a great stay at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

My 3 nights in Chester were such great. All of the staff were pleasant, amiable. Also, I truly enjoyed how comfy the location was. Nice restaurant an easy walk to the hotel.

The bathroom I had was very dated.

We got air-conditioned and stocked classic queen room with big beds as an upgrade, nice gesture.

Spacious, clean family room with fresh bedding and towels. Good variety for breakfast, though no pastries available. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for visiting the zoo.

The Brasserie restaurant is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions like the zoo. The restaurant offers a good variety of breakfast options.

The reception staff lacked friendliness and didn't inquire about our stay upon departure.

We had a great stay here on the outskirts of the city centre. It was just a short drive to the zoo and the shopping centre. The staff were really helpful and quickly sorted out a change of room for us. The room was spotlessly clean and set out well with plenty of storage space. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with an impressive choice, although it would have been nice to have non-machine tea and coffee. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly, adding to our positive experience.

Although there were a few minor issues such as a lack of garnishes on some dishes, the food was really tasty in this place. The leisure facilities were good, and we especially enjoyed the pool area.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, everything was great. Compact room on level 1.

Gorgeous hotel with terrific service in marvellous location adjacent to the centre as well as Close to Chester as right next door to park.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, just a short drive away from the city center. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, with immaculate rooms and a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient parking facilities and easy access to transportation options. this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
